Egg Hunt & Palm Sunday

We participated in our church's egg hunt and brunch this year! The kids always enjoy "finding" the eggs and getting goodies inside!

Colden is also participating in the Easter choir (have to be 4 years old) and did some singing or I should say waved his palm branches on Sunday! Too cute! We are looking forward to hearing him sing on Easter too!

a special delivery...

Do you get as excited as I do when the UPS driver rings your doorbell?

Well, I had a special delivery today from my sister, Diana! She obviously reads my blog...
I jumped for joy when I realized what it was!! So a HUGE shout-out to my sister, THANK YOU!! I'm so thrilled to try these products!

Diana-a special response to your note: I get my running genes from my siblings for sure! Thank YOU for your inspiration and support! It means a lot! = )

t-ball graduation

This was our last week of soccer/t-ball. We weren't super thrilled with this program this time! = ( The soccer left much to be desired and the t-ball was just slightly better. Of course, Colden enjoys t-ball much more than soccer, but we have to wait till he is 5 years old to get into the Little League T-ball...we are very anxious for that. We will be starting soccer again in mid-April.

You can see that Brindley is anxiously awaiting to turn 3 so that she can also participate in many of these activities! Oh and it was haircut day, hence the red hair! ; )

a ferry boat ride...

It was a gorgeous day in Seattle to say the least! We decided to take the kids on their first ferry boat ride to Bainbridge Island! I'm not sure if I've actually ever been to that particular island, but I fell in love with it! I seriously think I could move there...and if you know me well, you know that I adore where I live...perhaps when the kids are in college...

I took a few pictures of the beginning of our adventure, but apparently I completely forgot about my camera after that! So here is a glimpse of our glorious day...

Just curious...

Hello Friends and Family! I hope you are enjoying this gorgeous sunny day! We've been playing outside and doing yard work!

So...yesterday...I cleaned my entire house top to bottom. I have always used the same cleaning products...usually...comet, tilex, clorox, windex etc...However as I was cleaning the kids' bathroom (specifically their bathtub) with comet...I thought about all the chemicals that I use to clean surfaces that touch their sensitive little bodies! And while, I definitely want to be a germ buster (we've had our fair share of illness this year), it occurred to me that some of these products may be worse for them than the germs I think I'm killing!

SO...with all that said, I'm curious...what do you use to clean your house? And what do you use when someone gets the flu...do you use the harsh chemicals to kill the bad germs? Is it only on that occasion that you use those cleaners? Do share...I clean a lot...and I'm wondering what I should use!!

Little Gym Graduation

This was our last week at the Little Gym! Brindley was suppose to graduate to the next class, but there aren't any times that work with Colden's preschool schedule! We are very sad to be done with the Little Gym for now because it has been an awesome experience for both kiddos!

I'm looking into other gymnastic options for Brindley, or we may just have to wait till she turns 3 when many more options open up!

I also just registered my baby for preschool next year! This was super hard for me. I also registered Colden for PreK 4 days a week next year! Brindley will go 2 days a week. They will both be at the incredibly awesome Glory Days! I can't think too much about it just yet! = (

The bars...her favorite!

More bars and the wonderful Teacher Sandy!
