Lincoln City, OR

We just got back from the best vacation! We did our 2nd annual trip to Lincoln City, OR with our bestest friends...the Fontaine Family! We had a wonderful time with absolutely gorgeous weather! Some of the highlights for me were:

1. Playing on the beach!
2. Nearly getting swept away by a wave trying to dive for my son!
3. Shopping with my BFF!
4. Dessert two times from Kyllos!
5. The massive crab feast two days in a row! Thanks Andrew for "teaching" me how to get the crab out!
6. Seeing my son and daughter smiling and laughing so much!
7. Having a campfire with Smores on the beach!
8. A nice run in the sand!
9. Hearing the waves hit the shore as I went to bed!
10. Planning next year's trip!

It's Time!

Laundry (check), Packed (check), Clean house (check), Groceries (check), Car loaded (check), Cookies made (check), Coffee cake made (almost), ready to go (check)!

We are so excited for our summer adventure to Lincoln City, OR! 6 nights of beach, family & friends!

These two pictures are from exactly a year ago...look at my babies! Brindley hardly had any hair...and Colden had such a baby face! A lot changes in a year! I can't wait to post pictures from this summer! Stay tuned!

Getting ready for vacation!!

Tea & Strawberries...

This weekend was a busy one for sure, but I had time to go to Afternoon Tea with some friends! It was awesome & delicious!
Brindley has been devouring strawberries lately (I'm not complaining)...thank goodness for Costco!

Terrific Thursday...

What a great Thursday we had! It all started with a trip to the fire station with our Stroller Stride friends! We learned a lot!

My brother Mike is in town all the way from Armenia! My Mom had us all for dinner and it was great to visit with him!

A Night at Great Wolf Lodge...

My mom and I took the kids to Great Wolf Lodge for the night! Brian had a golf event (I'll blog that later)! Fun times had by all...here are a few photos (I didn't end up taking my camera down to the water this time!).
